Let's Eat Y'all! Recipe Swap 3/30

Hi everyone!

It's Leigh from the Hines-Sight Blog. Daphne is on Spring Break this week so I thought I would help her out a little in the kitchen today. No one wants to cook when they are on vacation.  Right?

Actually, I decided not to cook, too.  Instead, I turned to an expert this week to get the best roasted beet salad recipe that I've ever tasted to share with you.   I was fortunate enough to have dinner last week at the beautiful, Carolina Inn, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  Carolina Crossroads Executive Chef, Jimmy Reale, wowed me with a nine course tasting off his spring menu.  Carolina Crossroads is a Forbes-Four Star ranked restaurant and is the winner of the AAA Four Diamond Award.

Every bite was a delight.  Chef Reale is often found at his local farmer's market several times a week.  You can find his recipe on my blog today.  You will love it.
